1. Domestic Shipping All orders are shipped within Australia from our facility in Cairns, QLD. Each parcel is packed in plain, discreet packaging with no external reference to contents.

2. Processing Times • Orders placed before 2 pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. • Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next business day. • Allow 2–3 business days for processing during peak periods.

3. Carriers & Tracking We use Australia Post, StarTrack, or other trusted carriers. A tracking link is automatically sent via Shopify once your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. • Typical delivery: 2–7 business days (metro), longer for regional areas. • Estimated delivery times begin from dispatch, not order placement.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels Notify us at onmyknees.aus@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery if your order is missing or damaged. Retain all packaging and photographs for claims. We’ll liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Discreet Packaging All shipments are unbranded, with plain packaging and neutral sender information. Invoices do not describe product categories.
