3. Carriers & Tracking We use Australia Post, StarTrack, or other trusted carriers. A tracking link is automatically sent via Shopify once your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. • Typical delivery: 2–7 business days (metro), longer for regional areas. • Estimated delivery times begin from dispatch, not order placement.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels Notify us at onmyknees.aus@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery if your order is missing or damaged. Retain all packaging and photographs for claims. We’ll liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
